Gotta love a night filled w/ surprises. Bumped into many old friends @womeninmusicorg party + stumbled upon a great new artist at nearby bar

Went on my first-ever NYC walking tour today, a tour of Harlem’s Jewish’s history. The building you see here used to be an Orthodox Jewish synagogue in the early 1900’s and it now stands as a church. If you look really closely at the picture you’ll see a Magen David (a Star of David) right between the pillars and above the sign which remains from its days as a synagogue.

Just got home from the iRobot Engineering Awesome event. Am still in awe of all the innovation in that 1 room.Must say, robots r really cool

M.I.A was fantastic tonight - amazing energy and ridiculously crazy. Gotta hand it to Rye Rye too for opening - the girl can sure dance!!

Just got back from a delicious dinner @ShalomBombay, a new Indian restaurant in Midtown East. Great service, chilled atmosphere, + yum food!

Just grabbed a hot chocolate (yes, I know it’s summer) w/ the person behind @FashionweekNYC - Always fun to meet another Twitter enthusiast!

Productive afternoon. Now off to Riverside Park for some outdoor dancing (and salsa, cha-cha + bachata lessons!) Should be interesting :)
